Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site teams, work activities, and resources to meet contract requirements
- Collate preconstruction information, including packs and asbestos surveys
- Ensure accurate and timely contract documentation and reports
- Identify site hazards and implement risk assessments and control methods
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, including Health, Safety, and Welfare
- Assist in the preparation of estimates, bids, and tenders
- Create, manage, and report on projects with multiple site locations
About You
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Planned Refurbishment Works, Social Housing, and tenanted properties. You will have a good working knowledge of internal and external refurbishments, including kitchen, bathroom, windows, electrical, and roofing refits.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Planned Refurbishment Works and Social Housing
- Good working knowledge of internal and external refurbishments
- Ability to manage site teams and resources effectively
- Commercial awareness and ability to meet budget requirements
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to sites daily
- SMSTS or associated NVQ and proficiency in MS Office
