Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding pharmacy service in line with current regulations, clinical needs, and established professional standards. Provide expert advice and support to medical staff and patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Lead, inspire, and manage the pharmacy team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensure the safe handling and management of medications across the organization, adhering to all relevant laws and professional guidelines. Spearhead quality improvement initiatives and audits within the pharmacy, promoting continuous professional development. Advocate for a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must be GPHC registered with no restrictions on registration. Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is essential. Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a pharmacy environment. Familiarity with Oncology Pharmacy practices is preferred. Ability to share evidence-based practices to elevate service quality and standards.
