The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at our Farnborough store. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and leading a team of talented Supervisors and Sales Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store KPIs and business objectives.
