The Role: Diversity & Inclusion Manager
As our Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our DE&I strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive DE&I strategy aligned with McLaren Racing's values and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in our DE&I practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, HR, and employee resource groups, to ensure alignment and support for DE&I initiatives.
- Build relationships with external partners and organizations to leverage best practices and resources in the field of DE&I.
- Develop and deliver training programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion to raise awareness and promote understanding.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of DE&I initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful DE&I strategies within a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
