Unipart Rail is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to work in our Products Warehouse at our Hexthorpe site. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of materials, meeting customer requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform accurate material processing tasks, including receipt, put away, inventory checking, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Undertake stock checking and relocation of inventory tasks as directed.
  • Operate over various days and hours of cover as deemed necessary by the customer's business.
  • Respond to out-of-course customer requirements and ensure effective communication.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

**Essential Criteria**

  • Knowledge of modern warehouse processes.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Flexible working patterns.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.

**Desirable Criteria**

  • IT literacy, including Excel, Word, and Google.
  • Counterbalance license.
