A UK-wide law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their dedicated Employment team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a strong background in employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising Clients on Employment Matters: Provide expert advice to clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings and witness statements.
  2. Managing a Case Load: Run a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including negotiating settlements and advising on settlement agreements.
