Mortgage Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Support Assistant to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth completion of property sales.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including mortgage advisors and client services teams, as well as external relationships with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, to ensure a speedy and accurate process for buyers.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications efficiently and timely.
- Maintain high accuracy when inputting data.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the property industry.
- Confidence in phone communications and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to changing priorities.
