Audit and Accounts Senior

Job Summary:
CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Audit and Accounts Senior to join their successful Audit team based in the UK. As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and completing audits, reporting to managers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and complete audits, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Account Preparation: Prepare accounts, reports, and other assignments as required, adhering to UK GAAP and International Standards on Auditing.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate planning with clients, including liaising with relevant departments within the firm, to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
- Team Leadership: Lead on-site audit teams, completing jobs with minimal supervision, to deadlines and within budget.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CA exam qualified or part-qualified.
- Experience: Recent experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice, with a proven track record of leading external audit assignments.
- Skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate/advanced skills in Word and Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to maintain a high level of quality service.
