About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Implementation Manager to join our team at Jumar Group. As an HR Implementation Manager, you will play a vital role in optimising the allocation of interim resources across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative team approach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to consistently deliver projects on time and to high standards.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in HR, contracts, and procurement, along with strong stakeholder management and project management skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analysing data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Skills: Strong business acumen with excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities, including experience in measuring and demonstrating return on investment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects in both in-person and virtual team environments, focusing on time, cost, quality, and value for money.
