**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Administrative Lead for Medical Office Operations at Northoftyne CA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our services related to substance use and homelessness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with commissioned specialist service providers, key stakeholders, and service users to contribute to the design and delivery of pathways related to substance use and homelessness.
- Carry a reduced caseload of clients that require a high level of support or expertise to help them achieve their desired goals.
- Support the Team Manager in providing guidance and supervising staff, and work closely alongside the Quality and Development Lead in relation to training and development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to build rapport with others easily and maintain professional boundaries.
- Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage a high workload, conflicting priorities, and pressure.
