**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with commissioned specialist service providers, key stakeholders, and service users to contribute to the design and delivery of pathways related to substance use and homelessness.
  • Carry a reduced caseload of clients that require a high level of support or expertise to help them achieve their desired goals.
  • Support the Team Manager in providing guidance and supervising staff, and work closely alongside the Quality and Development Lead in relation to training and development.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
