About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shop Supervisor to join our team at Sue Ryder in Petersfield. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of volunteers to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth
  • Work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and promote our brand
  • Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team to support our shop operations
  • Manage stock processes, including merchandising, housekeeping, and Epos operations
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting our brand and national fundraising initiatives
