Protocol National Limited is in search of dedicated, compassionate, and dynamic qualified Educators to join our esteemed partner Nurseries.

As an Early Years Educator, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a secure, inviting, and inclusive atmosphere for all children. You will leverage your expertise in child development to deliver engaging, enjoyable, and imaginative experiences that aim to inspire and motivate young learners. It is crucial to maintain awareness of child protection protocols and ensure strict adherence to these guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide essential care including feeding, changing, and assisting with toilet training.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for children.
  • Design and execute educational and developmental activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's progress while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow nursery staff and external professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that values diversity.
  • Support children with special educational needs or disabilities.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: CACHE Level 3, NNEB, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and practical experience with children and families.
  • Safeguarding Knowledge: Thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated capability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, adept at maintaining order in tasks and projects.
  • Compliance: This role necessitates a clear enhanced DBS check.

Important Information:

Protocol National Limited operates as an employment business for this position. Successful candidates will be required to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK and apply for an enhanced DBS Certificate if they do not already possess a suitable certificate registered on the DBS Update Service. The position is subject to agreement to Terms and Conditions and a suitable application and reference process.
