About the Role
Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing electrical scopes and fit-out/refurbishment scopes for a Design & Build contractor with an in-house electrical division.
Key Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from drawings and interpret specifications/drawings to project needs.
- Define the technical requirements and feasibility of a project.
- Deal with subcontractors for quotations and ensure they meet the project requirements.
- Produce detailed tender bids for electrical work between £25,000 and £2 million.
