This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to take on a challenging and dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and match invoices to GRNs
- Manage and maintain supplier files and records
- Monitor and enforce supplier credit terms
- Prepare and execute BACS payment runs
- Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies
- Liaise with Purchasing and Stock Teams to ensure timely payment processing
- Manage and maintain accurate invoice files and records
- Assist with monthly journal entries and reconciliations
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accuracy
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in a high-volume purchase ledger environment and a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of accounts payable, including cash flow implications.
