Job Summary:
VANRATH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in a Band 7 role with HSCNI. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with HSCNI policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and issue logs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare or public sector projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Prince II and MSP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
