Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Night Unit Manager to join our dedicated care home team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing our night shift nursing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the night shift nursing team, ensuring high-quality care and support is provided to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
