Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and hire top talent for Tesco Technology, using a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
- Use social and professional media platforms to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Gather and share market data and insights to inform our recruitment strategies and improve our processes.
- Deliver large-scale recruitment projects within tight deadlines, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Champion the candidate experience and promote diversity and inclusion in our recruitment practices.
- Build strong relationships with our hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering a first-class recruitment service.
- Excellent proactive candidate sourcing and talent pooling skills, with a proven track record of success in placing directly sourced candidates into Technology roles.
- Niche talent 'mining' skills, with the ability to use advanced search techniques to find top candidates in less obvious places.
- Strong expertise in the 360-recruitment delivery cycle, with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the process.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all candidates and hiring managers are kept informed of project progress.
- Experience using cloud-based ATS systems and delivering insights and analytics to the business.
