We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Zopa. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Administer orders, including order placement and amendments
- Update customer accounts and provide accurate information
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the wider business
- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Working ArrangementsWe offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. You will also have the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.
