Key Responsibilities- Organising, planning and implementing financial control strategies to ensure timely and accurate debt collection.
- Maintaining precise financial records and delivering accurate management information to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring adherence to debt collection processes and procedures to minimize risk and maximize returns.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance and optimize financial control processes and procedures.
- Evaluating customer creditworthiness and making informed decisions regarding approval or denial of credit.
- Approving payment plans and establishing terms and conditions to ensure fair and transparent financial arrangements.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to existing team members, encompassing motivation, development, workload monitoring and continuous skill and career advancement.
- Generating high-level financial reports related to debt positions to inform business strategy.
- Liaising with internal legal counsel as necessary to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
