About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Year 2 class. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to a child in Year 2, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist with students who have SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech and Language issues.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging activities to excite and motivate pupils.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
Requirements
  • A graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work creatively and think outside the box to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
  • High-quality and bespoke Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
