About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our clients' fire and security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service fire and security systems in accordance with current standards and customer requirements.
  • Respond to service calls and plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and maintain effective communication with the stores team.
  • Attend training sessions and engineering team meetings as required.
  • Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.
Our Systems

We work with a range of fire and security systems, including:

  • Fire systems: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec
  • Intruder systems: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
  • CCTV systems: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
  • Access control systems: Paxton, PAC, Salto
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Good all-round knowledge of fire and security systems.
  • Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A professional and presentable demeanor, always.
  • An ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
