Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation:
    Prepare and cook exceptional dishes in line with the established recipes and standards. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, accurately measured, and handled according to food safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Uphold the highest standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation across the menu. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Inventory Management:
    Assist in overseeing and managing inventory for your designated section. Communicate any updates or changes within the kitchen team as necessary.
  • Health and Safety:
    Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Report any concerns regarding kitchen operations or equipment maintenance. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:
Be prepared to take on various ad-hoc tasks that may arise, which will be considered a reasonable part of your role. Responsibilities may evolve over time.

Qualifications:
