Pricing Delivery Analyst

Bupa Place, Manchester - Hybrid working with one day in office per week

Permanent

Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

£32,500 DOE per annum & fantastic benefits

You'll help us make health happen through:

  • Pricing quotes for private medical insurance (PMI)
  • Analysis of historical insurance claims data to support forecasting & trends
  • Reviewing and analysing market information affecting pricing
  • Commercial decision-making within Bupa's framework
  • Partnering with Bupa Sales and Commercial Finance Teams
  • Customer support to develop understanding of pricing policies

Key skills needed for this role:

  • Graduate with background in mathematics, statistics, operational research or similar is desirable
  • Intermediate level MS Excel
  • Experience of working with data analysis tools such as SAS
  • Experience owning relationships with stakeholders and a track record of influencing / challenging them
  • Experience of understanding and interpreting data and risk trends
  • A proactive mindset, challenging requirements, seeing things from a technical/practical angle and exploring new directions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
