A leading machinery design manufacturer is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their engineering team. The company specializes in designing Special Purpose and Automated Machinery for a highly technical market.
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will work within a multi-disciplined engineering team, consisting of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Your responsibilities will include generating concept designs for new machines and further developing the current range. This will involve creating Electrical Schematics, Control Panel Layouts, Build Specifications, and BOMs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer looking for progression and development at a reputable manufacturer. Candidates with a machinery design background will be favored.
Requirements:- HNC/D or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Special Purpose Machinery (desirable)
- Control Panel & Electrical Schematics - AutoCAD and/or EPLAN
- Testing and Validation
- SAP Systems
- PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives, Pneumatics experience (desirable)
