Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial matters of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including training and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior financial management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide leadership and direction to the finance team.
