Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a skilled professional in the field of property surveying, particularly focused on significant loss claims.

A dedicated team is being established to handle Major Loss claims for both residential and commercial properties. As a Senior Major Loss Property Surveyor, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while also being required to travel to client locations within a 2-3 hour radius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Loss Adjusters, Contractors, and Policyholders
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with the expectations of Loss Adjusters and Policyholders
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to keep all stakeholders updated
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports and necessary project documentation, including compliance with Building Regulations and Planning requirements
  • Accurately complete contract documentation and administrative tasks
  • Prioritize Health & Safety considerations and comply with CDM 2015 regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor or Project Manager within the insurance sector
  • Chartered MRICS or FRICS status with a track record of managing projects exceeding £100k
  • Strong focus on relationship building and exceptional customer service delivery
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management
  • Valid UK driving license and readiness to travel as required
