Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager
- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work
- Maximise sales and performance across all primary KPIs, with the support of your Store Manager
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards, including stock control and visual merchandising
- Minimum 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience in the retail sector
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
- Passionate about retail and committed to delivering high standards and great results
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire your team
