Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing corporate mobility orders, providing exceptional support, and collaborating with Tech Operations and Support Specialists to deliver world-class service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intermediary Role: Act as an intermediary between customers and mobile vendors to ensure a smooth and positive user experience.
  • Vendor Management: Contact vendors to obtain the latest lead times and update purchase orders with new dates and information about delays.
  • Problem-Solving: Address vendor performance issues promptly and analyze alternatives to make necessary changes if problems persist.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of mobile device setup and support.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Order Management: Proficiency in handling mobile device orders and maintaining accurate transaction records.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
  • Global Carrier Experience: Experience working with global mobile carriers in the US, Canada, LATAM, and EMEA to ensure timely delivery of employee requests.
  • Mobile Device Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mobile device purchasing and procurement workflows.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Customer Support: Competence in answering questions via various channels.
