The primary responsibility will be to manage daily operations on-site while providing updates to senior management regarding progress, financials, risks, and mitigation strategies. You will also monitor key performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team and supply chain to meet cost, time, and quality benchmarks.
  • Proactively manage Health and Safety on-site, ensuring safety objectives are met and encouraging team input for safety enhancements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Keep accurate records of project progress, Health and Safety compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive operational excellence through thorough monthly reviews with Bid and Pre-construction teams.
  • Embody the core values of the organization: Focused, Approachable, Caring, and Efficient.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in managing Heavy civil projects.
  • Strong planning, coordination, communication, and team leadership abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost control practices.
  • Technical expertise in construction methodologies and industry best practices.
  • A valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
