Are you passionate about enhancing educational experiences and supporting individuals in their academic journeys? As a Senior Administrative Officer specializing in Finance Business Support, you will play a crucial role in a dedicated Higher Education Institute, making a profound difference in the lives of students.

We are offering two distinct positions that provide flexibility to accommodate various lifestyles. One role is primarily office-based with a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) during the weekdays. The other position involves weekend on-site responsibilities (Saturday and Sunday) along with two remote days and an additional office day.

This institution conducts multiple intakes throughout the year, providing a wide array of qualifications ranging from Certificates to Doctoral degrees. With around 6,000 non-residential students, many programs, including some degree offerings, are available on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing compassionate financial support to students in person.
  • Managing inquiries related to student finance and debt.

  • Contributing to the financial sustainability of the institution.

  • Strong financial expertise, particularly in budgeting and reporting.

  • Familiarity with the Student Loan Company and its operational processes.
