Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team in a 'Good' school in Barking & Dagenham.

The Role:
  • Support the Class Teacher in creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil growth and development.
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging learning activities that cater to diverse needs.
  • Supervise and lead small groups of children, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with pupils who require additional support, ensuring inclusive and creative curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology or Education from a reputable UK University.
  • Experience working with EYFS children, ideally with some background in SEND support.
  • Confident and bubbly personality, with a passion for education and child development.
