Marketing Apprentice Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management – Support the planning and execution of industry events, including conferences, trade exhibitions, and online seminars.

Creation of Marketing Materials : Collaborate with the technical sales team and external design partners to develop and refresh marketing collateral such as brochures, product specifications, and promotional items.

Digital Marketing Initiatives : Regularly update and manage the company website to ensure that all content is up-to-date and relevant. Execute email marketing strategies and share content across the company's social media channels.

Campaign Development and Implementation : Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Brand Compliance : Ensure that all marketing outputs are consistent with established brand standards.

Budget Management : Aid in overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring that all expenditures align with allocated financial resources.

Market Research : Perform analyses such as surveys to gauge industry trends, competitor movements, and customer preferences.

Performance Evaluation : Gather and compile data into reports to assess the success of marketing efforts and initiatives.

Training and Development:

Through hands-on mentorship and academic coursework, you will gain insights into marketing campaign planning and digital marketing strategies (including websites, email, and social media). You will also explore fundamental marketing concepts and theories, such as:

Marketing Strategy Brand Management Stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consumer Behavior Marketing Environment Analysis Marketing Research and Information The Marketing Mix

Required Qualifications:

3 A Levels GCSE English & Maths Familiarity (or a desire to learn) about the agricultural livestock sector and animal nutrition.

1. Communication Skills:

Writing: Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms.

Listening: Proficient in actively listening to comprehend instructions and feedback from supervisors and colleagues.

2. Digital Proficiency:

Social Media Understanding: Knowledge of popular social media platforms and their marketing applications (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

Basic Computer Skills: Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
