Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and introduce new products tailored for the regional market.

  • Deliver comprehensive product training and support for new launches.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Assist in the formulation of marketing strategies and sales resources.
  • Establish pricing structures and sales guidelines for the Chemicals product portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial chemical products and B2B marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, accompanied by 3-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Enthusiasm for technological advancements and innovation.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics in sales and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Notes

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the UK and Europe is necessary.
