We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bubble CiTea in Doncaster. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, and managing sales and financial reports.
- Protect employees and customers by ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Ensure quality standards in customer service and health and safety are maintained.
- Maintain store stability and reputation.
- Develop a passionate working environment and support team growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Train and educate team members on drink processes and policies.
- Manage and create content for TikTok in your branch.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisor role in a fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
