Job Title: Field Manager

The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of lift engineers focused on modernization projects. They will work closely with the project manager to provide technical information and ensure effective project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of modernization engineers
  • Provide technical assistance and support to engineers and project managers
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of business-critical projects

Requirements:

  • Experience as a lift engineer with management, coaching, and mentoring experience
  • Education to NVQ level 3 in Lift engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
