Job Description

Job Title: Reward Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As a Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on high volumes of HR data, including pay, bonus, and gender pay gap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on high volumes of HR data using Oracle and intermediate Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to understand reward needs, including pay, bonus, and gender pay gap.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all reward matters.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve the company's reward system.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management on reward-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using HRIS, ideally Oracle or similar.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, and dashboards.
  • Working with high volumes of HR data.
  • Prior experience in a Reward Analyst role or in HRIS.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and legislation relating to rewards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

What We Offer:

  • Remote working with occasional travel to our Yorkshire Head Office.
  • A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
