Job DescriptionJob Title: Reward Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As a Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on high volumes of HR data, including pay, bonus, and gender pay gap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on high volumes of HR data using Oracle and intermediate Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with HR and management to understand reward needs, including pay, bonus, and gender pay gap.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all reward matters.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve the company's reward system.
- Provide guidance and advice to management on reward-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using HRIS, ideally Oracle or similar.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Working with high volumes of HR data.
- Prior experience in a Reward Analyst role or in HRIS.
- Knowledge of HR practices and legislation relating to rewards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
What We Offer:

- A competitive salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
