About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at Premier Inn in Brighton. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of community
