Job Summary

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for launching new treatments into the private market and preparing for NHS market launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Finalize and implement Key Account Plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and NHS management.
  • Drive formulary and protocol inclusion and adoption in identified market opportunities.
  • Monitor and review performance against sales targets and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Provide in-field insights to marketing and commercial teams to ensure customer-focused strategies.
  • Represent the company at local, national, and international congresses and meetings.
  • Adhere to ethical and compliant practices consistent with core values and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in field-based Oncology/Haematology Sales.
  • Strong background in account planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS environment and its management structures.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to develop deep product, therapy area, and competitor knowledge.
  • Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets.
  • ABPI qualification and a degree in life sciences are preferred.
