About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Johnston Carmichael. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, while also mentoring and developing a team of audit professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of audit professionals to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
    • Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of audits.
    • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on audit planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant technical developments and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their audit needs are met.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that audit work is completed in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
