Position Overview
The Line Cook will be instrumental in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that every plate meets our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Strive to deliver an outstanding dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to ensure compliance with quality criteria.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory for your designated section.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and modify menu items. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding any updates or changes.
- Health and Safety: Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Follow all safety protocols and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Actively participate in sustainability practices as directed by Silverstone Circuits.
