We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to become a part of our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting authentic Italian dishes while collaborating with the kitchen staff and management to uphold the highest culinary standards.

Candidate Requirements The qualifications we are looking for include:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Italian dining establishment
  • Previous background in fine dining
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety certification
  • Thorough understanding of HACCP, COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation principles, and nutrition, including managing dietary restrictions
  • Proven ability to produce exceptional quality dishes
  • Capability to work independently and achieve high-quality outcomes
Working Hours:
Tuesday - Thursday: 18:00 to 22:00
Friday: 18:00 to 23:00
Saturday: 12:00 to 15:00 & 18:00 to 23:00
Sunday: 12:00 to 17:00
Note: Schedule is subject to change.
