We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Sweco. As a key member of our Project Support team, you will provide administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and update projects in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accurate financial information.
- Support and coordinate project administration tasks, including creating and issuing statutory documents and fee proposals.
- Process fee acceptances and ensure timely issuance of invoices and applications for payment.
- Review and action project-related reports using our ERP system.
- Close down projects and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase.
Requirements:
