Transaction Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our Audi Dealership in Plymouth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with FCA rules and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and advice to Sales Executives on the sales process, balancing sales performance with customer outcomes.
- Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Requirements
- Previous franchise experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- Professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- Team player with the ability to use own initiative and multitask.
- Excellent customer management skills.
