We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Stakeholder Liaison Specialist to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure all parties are informed of project updates and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience, preferably in a project coordination or customer-facing role.
- Experience in a planning or project management role would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
