Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Van Driver and Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and materials to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and Deliver: Utilize a voice-activated pick system to efficiently select and load items onto vans for delivery to clients.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team pick rate targets, set at 90%.
  • Performance and Productivity: Contribute to the achievement of performance and productivity targets set for staff.
  • Time Management: Remain focused under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
