About the Role

Ocado Retail Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing our SEO strategy, including technical SEO, to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of SEO programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their search behavior to inform SEO decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Marketing, Trade, Product, and Technology, to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain a robust SEO toolkit, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console.
