Store Manager Opportunity

At Pandora, we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team in Morley, AU. As the largest jewellery brand in the world, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a positive impact.

As a Store Manager, you'll be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, fully immersing yourself in our brand, culture, and product. You'll take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and managing a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Assistants, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a store culture that embodies our brand values and inspires team members to shine as brand ambassadors.
  • Establish a high-performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations.
  • Embrace opportunities to drive sales and exceed commercial targets and KPI expectations.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, fostering a sense of accountability and providing real-time feedback and guidance.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Talent magnet with skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
