Account Handler - Insurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Handler to join our dynamic team at a leading insurance broker. As an Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in the insurance industry. Your responsibilities will include providing direct administrative support to the team leader, managing client and insurer requests, and ensuring all processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration and coordination of client and insurer requests.
  • Support the team leader with the renewal process, preparing and organizing relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures and service standards.
About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented and can manage processes with precision.
  • Ideal months of experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Thrives in a support role, providing essential administrative assistance to help the team succeed.
  • Eager to learn and develop their knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable liaising with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
  • Client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Experience with insurance software/CRM systems is advantageous.
