About the Role

Babcock International is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team and play a vital role in delivering large-scale process engineering projects for the marine and offshore industries.

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all crucial documents are submitted, reviewed, and approved on time. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including shipyards, oil majors, and class societies, to keep the project documentation flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be instrumental in winning and delivering complex projects, ensuring all documents meet the highest standards.
  • Work across diverse projects in the marine and offshore sectors, from liquefied gas transportation to petrochemicals.
  • Interact with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide - perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in document control, ideally within a technical or engineering background.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to clearly communicate with various teams and external partners.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Adobe Acrobat.
