Group Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Treasury Manager to join our team at Rotork. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing treasury operations within policy throughout the Group, performing middle and back office treasury functions, and acting as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage treasury operations within policy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Perform middle and back office treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and funding.
- Act as a key contact with internal stakeholders, including the Group Treasurer, and external stakeholders, such as banks and other financial institutions.
- Support Treasury-related projects, including the development and implementation of new treasury systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, accounting, and risk management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Experience in a corporate treasury function, preferably in a similar industry.
- Qualified or part-qualified Accountant, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and policies.
- Strong communication, presentation, report writing, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Numerate and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, flexible, and focused, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Industry experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience with financial reporting and treasury systems, including cash management and investment systems.
